- This incredible program of art classes in Yosemite National Park is in it's 27th year. We offer to all the opportunity to experience the wonders of Yosemite through a program of art classes in the valley. The art workshops run from April into October, Tuesday through Saturday and are open to all. We ask for a $5.00 donation per student per day to help cover program costs. Materials are for sale at the Art Center store which helps support our program costs or you are welcome to bring your own. This year we begin with Mariko Lofink's watercolor class on March 25th and our season ends the week of November 6th-10th with a journaling class taught by Shauna Potocky. If you are interested in registering for classes, email me at yosemiteartcenter1@sbcglobal or call(209) 372-1442 with your name date, or dates, and the number in your group. Non-refundable pre-registration fee of $5 payable by check or card will go towards the program and will take the place of your donation that would be asked in class. Only about 10 of the spaces in a class are available for pre-registration as this class is designed to encourage walk-ins. Contact us for more information.
